1.Shipping Time
Standard Delivery : 7-15 business days
The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts: Total time = Processing time + Shipping time. These days it may take more time to deliver.
Processing time: 1-3 business days

We use outside delivery companies (UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS) and we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to dispatch. Please allow 5-20 business days for orders to arrive.
Areas that can only shipping by express: Martinique, South Africa, Trinidad & Tobago
*Shipping Time does not include a 1-3 business day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
*Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

3.About Order Tracking
Once the package is sent, we will send you a shipment notification e-mail.
You can track your order with the tracking information provided in the e-mail or by logging in to your account on tide-custom.
4.About Taxes
For most of the countries,our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT (Valued Additional Tax).
However, for some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK and Canada, etc.) , buyers may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries' levying rules.
We are excited to offer international shipping for most destinations of the world.
5.What To Do If The Shipment Is Delayed?
Our orders are generally shipped within 1-3 days.
If the product you ordered is out of stock, it may take longer to ship because the factory has to produce it before it can be shipped to you.
We will inform you by email whether the order is out of stock. If it is out of stock, you can also choose any item on the website with a price difference of less than $5 to replace it.
NOTE:
1) Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses. For more information on international shipping, please contact us at support@tide-custom.com
2) We will make every effort to deliver your package as soon as possible. However, additional time may be required due to address issues and customs clearance.
3) If the package is not delivered within 30 days after you place the order, please contact customer service within 180 days after placing the order, we will reply you within 24 hours.
