RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Popod. We strive to provide high-quality products that ensure maximum satisfaction for our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We accept requests for exchanges or refunds of unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please refer to the details below for specific refund requests. Contact us within the return time frame mentioned, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Return Process

Initiate Your Return: When returning any part of your order, please email our Customer Service at official@popod.com first. Indicate the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for the return.

Receive Instructions: Our Customer Service team will reply with solutions and return instructions within 1-2 business days. After receiving these instructions, please package the item(s) to be returned in their original packing.

Drop Off Your Package: Take your package to your local post office for shipping.

Processing Your Return: If your return request is accepted, most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note that refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to appear in your bank account due to varying processing times of financial institutions.

Return Conditions

Note: After you place an order, we usually produce and ship within 48 hours. If the quantity purchased is greater than 10 pieces, the processing time may increase. At the same time, we support unconditional cancellation of orders within 48 hours.

In-Transit Packages: Packages that have been dispatched or are in transit cannot be refunded.

Shipping Fees: If the return is due to customer error, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee, which will depend on the shipping company chosen. If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), we will cover the shipping costs.

Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in unused condition with original packaging. We do not accept returns of items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

Trying On Items: We ask that you wear underwear when trying on your purchase for the first time.

Double-Check Returns: Please ensure that you double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for returns of non-Popod items.

Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.

Proper Return Requests: We do not accept returned items sent back without a proper return request.

Freight To Collect (FTC): We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for packages returned to us; all returns must be made at your own cost.

Size Issues: Please note that unsuitable products due to incorrect size selection or failure to contact us before shipment cannot be considered quality issues and are the customer's responsibility. We offer a free size exchange service; however, customers must pay for shipping the original product back. After we receive and check the original product, we will send out the requested size. If you are unsure about sizing, feel free to email or message us for assistance.

Order Information Accuracy: The customer is responsible for any loss or issues with returns due to incomplete or incorrect information provided during the order process and failure to contact us before delivery.

Shipping Responsibility: Once a package leaves customs in the origin country, shipping responsibility transfers to the carrier. If a package is lost during this time, please contact the carrier for inquiries and claims.

Quality Issues: If you encounter quality problems with a product, please contact our customer service promptly. After verifying your order information and product condition, we will send you a replacement at no charge.

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged or if there is a discrepancy in the quantity of products received compared to what was purchased, please contact customer service immediately with relevant evidence. Claims made more than two weeks after receipt may not be honored.

Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable. If the reason for returning an item is not related to product quality issues or our mistakes, you will be responsible for shipping costs.
